- Master’s degree in business administration or a degree with a broad focus on business administration
- Exceptional study results (top 10%)
- Already gained some experience, ideally in consulting or start-up
- Sufficient study time to be able to work as a working student for at least 6 months
- Flexible in working hours and possibility to work at least 10 hours / week (excluding exams)
- Well-founded Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (SVERWEIS, pivot tables,…)
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Valid work permit for Germany
