boost4S GmbH is a boutique advisory firm founded in January 2025 based in Ottobrunn near Munich, Germany. We advise start-ups, scale-ups and small-cap companies as well as their investors in strategic and operational situations where “business as usual” no longer works (Strategy Review): plan deviations, turnaround, restructuring, growth challenges, industrialization, fundraising and exit (M&A). The founding team consists of four partners with a combined 100+ years of experience as entrepreneurs, investors, board advisors and start-up founders, and has delivered more than 25 projects in the start-up space alone. The partners have collectively overseen transactions with a total volume of more than €22 billion. Sector focus: high tech (space, agritech, cleantech, medtech), industry (automation, robotics, sensors), B2B software, energy, mobility and lighting/photonics.
